Movie description: Keiran is a poor old bastard who has just lost his job, his wife, and to top it off this guy in the hospital. The doc conjures up the most excellent remedy he can think of to assist keiran with his depression. So later that evening Kasey the hospital nurse comes into keiran room to lift up his spirits and his 10-pounder so it can slam, pound, destroy and demolish Kasey's very very agreeable twat.
